Home Office Specification:

-Total wall thickness is 98mm

-External walls we use 25mm planed to 21mm TANALISED T&G shiplap cladding.

-Internal walls and roof is lined with16mm planed to 12mm T&G shiplap cladding OR Hardwood ply panels.

-Walls and roof are both insulated with 50mm insulation for extra warmth.

-We use a sturdy 3x2 framing.

-18mm OSB is used on our roofs, (This is the same material used on home extentions)

-For the floor you have a choice of either floor boards or 18mm Hard wood Ply (Ply is a good sturdy material that is great for laying carpet, lino or tiles on.

-Included in the price you can choose from either Black, Red or Green roof shingles. (Other roof materials can be supplied at extra cost, e.g cedar or slate)

-Not only do we use tanalised timber on the external cladding but we also give every building 2 coats of wood preserve in the colour of your choice.

-We use toughened glass in our french doors and you have a choice of either 4mm toughened glass or 4mm acrylic  glaze in your windows.

-All home offices come with 2 opening windows as standard. (You can request more at extra cost)

Our hot tub houses are made to measure to fit your hot tub. You can choose from any of our designs or you can design your own.We can build to any specifications or wood sizes etc so contact us for a quote and use your hot tub all year round.
